PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Your $10 deposit (per person) reserves your appointment and will be used towards your permanent jewelry purchase. This means we will deduct $10 at your appointment.

Your appointment will take approximately 20 minutes and can currently accommodate ONE PERSON & up to 2 jewelry pieces PER APPOINTMENT SLOT.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will result in either a reschedule or a $10 store credit.
Your $10 is non-refundable. Cancellations less than 24 hours are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

We hope you love the pieces you receive as much as we love creating them. However, if for some reason you are not happy with your order, you are always welcome to do an exchange or return.
Orders made at shopaka.ca are eligible for an exchange by store credit within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are made for the amount paid regardless of discount at the time of purchase.
If you would like to exchange one style for another, please send us your original order for a store credit, less shipping charges, which you can then use that to purchase a new item. New shipping fees may apply.
Sale items are ineligible for exchange.

Orders made at shopaka.ca are eligible for return up to 15 days after delivery.
Items must be in their original condition and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.
Items received in poor condition are not guaranteed a refund and all items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted, and it will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed.

Any promotion or discount code not applied at the time of purchase may not be applied after the fact. Please double check your cart and order total before submitting payment.
We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions, sales or discounts.
If you received an item as a gift, we would be happy to accept the return and you will receive a shop credit. We cannot accept returns of gifted items purchased during a sale.
AKA e-Cards can only be redeemed online. They cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and offers can't be used to purchase a gift card. We will not replace lost or stolen gift cards.
