Refund policy

RETURNS
Our goal is to ensure your 100% satisfaction. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@shopaka.ca as soon as possible. We will do our best to exchange the item(s) for you or refund your purchase. Each piece is handmade with care and with you in mind, which means there may be some slight irregularities from the online images.

All sales are final on earrings, customized and discounted items and gift cards.

Any purchases made on www.shopaka.ca must be returned directly to Alexandra Kathlyn Accessories. We will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Box 3082, Nipawin, Saskatchwan S0E 1E0
For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. AKA reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REPAIRS

We will make reasonable repairs on items for up 3 months after date of purchase.
