Shop Policies

Payments must be received at time of purchase. We accept Paypal payments, credit cards via secured Shopify Payments and email money transfers for Canadians. Please note that payments must be cleared before an item is mailed out. 


Our goal is to ensure your 100% satisfaction. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at as soon as possible. We will do our best to exchange the item(s) for you or refund your purchase. Each piece is handmade with care and with you in mind, which means there may be some slight irregularities from the online images.
    • All sales are final on customized and discounted items and gift cards. For hygienic reasons, earrings are a final sale & cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time.
    • We will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Returns received outside the specified 14 day timeline are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags. 
    • Items received in poor condition are not guaranteed a refund and all items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
Any purchases made on must be returned directly to Alexandra Kathlyn Accessories. To return your product, please email us for further details.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refund will be credited to the same card used for purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to be issued.



Unfortunately breakage is not covered under our warranty.  We carefully check each item before it is sent out so if a customer catches a piece of jewelry, or bends a metal and it breaks, we can’t be held liable.  If an item is able to be repaired we will happily fix it for you. Repairs start at $10 and can increase depending on the damage. Please be ready to provide your original purchase receipt.

We ship items out within 3-7 business days, from date of payment, unless otherwise noted in listing (i.e. If a product is on back order or pre-production). Tracking is NOT included with the standard shipping option. If you would like tracking or RUSH delivery, you must choose the XpressPost shipping option.
