SHIPPING + RETURNS
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to our customers.
We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $79 which includes tracking. For smaller orders (less than $79) there will be a Canada-wide flat rate standard shipping cost of $6.99 which does not come with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 3-7 business days to process your order prior to shipment. Some orders may take longer if they are custom, on back order or pre-orders. You will receive notification once your items have shipped. Every package comes gift wrapped in one of our signature jewelry bags.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery times are as follows (not including 3-7 day lead time after purchase):
- Standard Ground: 3-9 business days
- XpressPost with tracking : 2-4 business days
- Priority with tracking: Next Day
- Small Packet: 5-15 business days
- Tracked Packet: 5-8 business days
- Small Packet Surface: up to 60 days
- Small Packet Air: 10-21 business days
International timeframes will vary depending on your location and delays at customs
All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
A package will be considered lost if it has not arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date (Canada Post Guidelines) and will resolve the problem at that time.
- All sales are final on custom and discounted items and gift cards. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time.
- We will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. It must also be in the original packaging and tags.
- Items received in poor condition are not guaranteed a refund and all items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
Any purchases made on www.shopaka.ca must be returned directly to Alexandra Kathlyn Accessories. To return your product, please email us at email@example.com for further details.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE
If returning an item that qualified for a gift with purchase, you can either:
- Include the gift with your return.
- Keep the gift, in which case your account will be charged for its value.
Accidentally broke a chain on a necklace? Or a beaded bracelet? Not a problem. We are happy to repair your AKA pieces for you. For all repair inquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make reasonable repairs on items for up 5 months after date of purchase. Depending on the circumstances, the product may be repaired, replaced with the same product, or substituted with a product of comparable value.
Repairs/replacements can range in price from $10 - $30.
