We create each piece with care and attention, but they aren’t indestructible and may break over time with regular wear. If your jewelry happens to break within 60 days of purchase, we will restring it at no cost to you. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, there is a $5 charge to repair each piece.
- Download our Jewelry Repair Request Form and follow the instructions to return your jewelry to our studio.
- Please note: Depending on the age of your bracelet and the availability of the gemstones, we may have to slightly alter the design.
- The $5 fee covers repairs or resizes. You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item(s) to us.
Our jewelry is designed to be "life-proof" and resist tarnish, allowing you to wear it all the time, even in the water but a little extra care will help it stay beautiful for years to come.
- Water: While it's safe to wear in the shower or pool, removing your jewelry before swimming or bathing can help prolong its shine.
- Chemicals: Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.
- Storage: When you're not wearing your jewelry, store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in a pouch or jewelry box.
