We create each piece with care and attention, but they aren’t indestructible and may break over time with regular wear. If your jewelry happens to break within 60 days of purchase, we will restring it at no cost to you. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, there is a $5 charge to repair each piece.
- Download our Jewelry Repair Request Form and follow the instructions to return your jewelry to our studio.
- Please note: Depending on the age of your bracelet and the availability of the gemstones, we may have to slightly alter the design.
- The $5 fee covers repairs or resizes. You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item(s) to us.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $65. For orders less than $65 there will be a Canada-wide flat rate standard shipping cost of $6.99 which does not come with a tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love the pieces you receive as much as we love creating them. However, you are always welcome to do an exchange or return within 15 days of delivery.
We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotion, sales, or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated nor after the promotion has finished.
