We create each piece with care and attention, but they aren’t indestructible and may break over time with regular wear. If your jewelry happens to break within 60 days of purchase, we will restring it at no cost to you. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, there is a $5 charge to repair each piece.
Our jewelry is designed to be "life-proof" and resist tarnish, allowing you to wear it all the time, even in the water but a little extra care will help it stay beautiful for years to come.
By following these simple tips, you can enjoy your jewelry for years to come!
We hope you love the pieces you receive as much as we love creating them. However, if for some reason you are not happy with your order, you are always welcome to do an exchange or return.
Orders made at shopaka.ca are eligible for an exchange by store credit within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are made for the amount paid regardless of discount at the time of purchase.
If you would like to exchange one style for another, please send us your original order for a store credit, less shipping charges, which you can then use that to purchase a new item. New shipping fees may apply.
Sale items are ineligible for exchange.
To begin an exchange, please email hello@shopaka.ca and include your order number.
Orders made at shopaka.ca are eligible for return up to 15 days after delivery.
Items must be in their original condition and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.
Items received in poor condition are not guaranteed a refund and all items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted, and it will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed.

Any promotion or discount code not applied at the time of purchase may not be applied after the fact. Please double check your cart and order total before submitting payment.
We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions, sales or discounts.
If you received an item as a gift, we would be happy to accept the return and you will receive a shop credit. We cannot accept returns of gifted items purchased during a sale.
AKA e-Cards can only be redeemed online. They cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and offers can't be used to purchase a gift card. We will not replace lost or stolen gift cards.
