Spring has always been my favourite season. Not because of how pretty it is, since it's usually grey, dead mess until June, but because my birthday is in April and Spring signifies a fresh start and new beginnings. Eventually the snow melts, the weather warms a bit, the tulips start popping their heads above the dirt, and the birds start chipping their new songs. 

Spring is also a fun time for fashion since we get to shed a few layers and lighten our palettes. When Pantone came out with their Spring Color trends I may have danced a little happy dance as they are some of my favourites!

I pretty much love all the colours - especially the green, blues & pinks. Pale Dogwood is my fav, naturally, and Hazelnut is a great neutral! I used these colours as inspiration for the gemstones for the upcoming collection.
