RETURNS, REPAIRS + EXCHANGES
- All sales are final on custom and discounted items and gift cards. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time.
- We will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. It must also be in the original packaging and tags.
- Items received in poor condition are not guaranteed a refund and all items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
Any purchases made on www.shopaka.ca must be returned directly to Alexandra Kathlyn Accessories. To return your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE
If returning an item that qualified for a gift with purchase, you can either:
- Include the gift with your return.
- Keep the gift, in which case your account will be charged for its value.
Accidentally broke a chain on a necklace? Or a beaded bracelet? Not a problem. We are happy to repair your AKA pieces for you. For all repair inquiries, please email email@example.com. We will make reasonable repairs on items for up 5 months after date of purchase. Depending on the circumstances, the product may be repaired, replaced with the same product, or substituted with a product of comparable value.
