Our goal is to ensure your 100% satisfaction. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@shopaka.ca as soon as possible with your order number & reason for your return. We will do our best to exchange the item(s) or refund your purchase (minus shipping costs) within 15 days after you have received your order. 
    • All sales are final on custom and discounted items and gift cards. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time.
    • We will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 15 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be in their original condition and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. It must also be in the original packaging and tags. 
    • Items received in poor condition are not guaranteed a refund and all items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refund will be credited to the same card used for purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to be issued.

If returning an item that qualified for a gift with purchase, you can either:

  • Include the gift with your return.
  • Keep the gift, in which case your account will be charged for its value.



Accidentally broke a chain on a necklace? Or a beaded bracelet? Not a problem. We are happy to repair your AKA pieces for you. For all repair inquiries, please email hello@shopaka.ca. We will make reasonable repairs on items for up 5 months after date of purchase. Depending on the circumstances, the product may be repaired, replaced with the same product, or substituted with a product of comparable value.
