On September 6th, 2013, Alexandra Kathlyn Accessories became officially official. However, AKA had been a dream long before that, I just didn't know exactly what it was going to look like. 

As you've probably heard before, I have wanted to have my own boutique since I was a little girl. When we'd play 'House' as kids, I was always the store owner. Being a business owner has been inside me forever, it just took a little while to become real and it took a bit of a different form than I first dreamed.

These past 3 years have been challenging, inspiring, fun, nerve-wracking and life-changing. I have learned so much about myself, business and how to navigate life during stress, happiness and frustrations. 

I owe it all to my husband, parents, family, friends & mentors who have encouraged me, supported me, helped me and sometime just let me ramble when my head is full of thoughts. They are my foundation.

But I also owe my success to you! Without you, I couldn't do what I love doing, every day. There would be no point creating the pieces that I create if you weren't around to wear them. My customers (who often become friends) are the ones who inspire new collections and keep me motivated to try new things! YOU are my inspiration!
